Complete Process of Pure A2 Cow Ghee – From A2 Milk Collection to Golden Ghee
1. We collect fresh milk from free-grazing desi cows.
2. Milk is boiled and cooled naturally before setting into curd.
3. Curd is hand-churned using the Bilona method to extract butter.
4. Butter is slowly heated on low flame to separate golden ghee.
5. Ghee is filtered and stored in airtight glass jars.
